Now Hiring Substitute Teachers for current school year and 2017-2018

Completed applications along with required documentation, including resume and cover letter, can be submitted to the school office or emailed to the principal at  All substitute teachers are required to complete a Safe Environment Training class that is offered monthly at the school.  Remaining class dates for the current school year are Sat, April 22 at 10AM or Mon, May 1 at 6PM.

part-time coaches - fall/winter sports

VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED / 6th-8th Grade Assistant Coaches for Boys & Girls Basketball

Saint John the Evangelist Catholic School is seeking part-time coaches for the fall 2017 boys basketball and winter 2018 girls basketball seasons.  Boy’s season begins October 5 and ends December 15.  Girls Basketball starts practicing December 19 and ends March 8, 2018.  Practices start at 3:30 and finish at 5pm.  Games will be played on Monday’s & Thursday’s.

Coaching Qualities:

  • Good communication skills with all members of the St. Johns community
  • Positive coaching/teaching style of 6th-8th grade athletes
  • Inspires each athlete to reach their fullest potential in academics, athletics and character development
  • Strong organization skills
  • Background in working with teens in athletics
  • Be able to commit to practices from 3:30pm-5pm daily and scheduled games
