Teaching Philosophy

I firmly believe that a child should know that they are in a safe and comfortable environment while they are in my classroom. Surrounded by teachers and staff who are genuinely concerned for the well-being; my students will have fun learning skills that allow them to be self-confident, aware of their emotions, and willing to help their friends. I know that a child who has fun at school will enjoy the lessons taught in the classroom, and will have a solid foundation for future learning.

Personal Biography

I am originally from Minnesota but moved to the Fort Collins/Loveland area when I was in middle school. My husband, Aaron and I have three wonderful sons Avery, Gavin and Evan. I enjoy camping and outdoor activities with my family. When I do have time to myself I like to curl up with a good book.
