WHY VOLUNTEER?

Volunteering models an attitude of Christian service and stewardship to our students.  This commitment of service helps build a stronger community among families, school and parish staff, and the greater parish.

Volunteering reduces operating costs of the school, which in turn impacts tuition rates.  School security and safety are enhanced.  Teachers can focus more of their time on educating students.  The number of volunteer hours donated by parents can influence accreditation and grant money for the school.

Every school family commits to volunteering a minimum of 20 hours to the school or parish.  Families can volunteer more than the minimum if they wish.
