I hope you are having a great week!  Our school, St. John the Evangelist in Loveland, is hosting an annual Walk-a-Thon fundraiser on May 19th.  The sponsorships and proceeds from this event will help revitalize areas of the school and give students and teachers the tools they need.

In addition to fundraising, the Walk-a-thon promotes healthy and active lifestyles as well as family togetherness and Christian fellowship.  Students, teachers, and families gather for an afternoon at a local park.  We pray together, enjoy lunch, and then walk (or run) 3 miles with Christian encouragement along the way.

We would be honored if you would consider sponsoring our kids through a tax-deductible donation to this event!  If you would like to learn more and make a donation, please click here (if the link doesn’t work, please go to www.school.saintjohns.net/walkathon).  If you would prefer to donate by mail, you can download a donation card from the website and mail it back with a check to St. John the Evangelist, 1730 W. 12th St., Loveland, CO 80537.  You can write in a prayer intention if there’s something you would like for us to pray for during the event.  It will not take much time to donate but it can have a very big impact on the future of our children’s education.
